Our assessment will investigate not only your pain and dysfunction, but other factors that may be contributing to keeping you below your best.
Our running treatment plans involve a combination of hands on treatment, strength and stability exercises, advice on running load, discussions with your coach if you have one. We guarantee the plan will be specific to you and designed to help you to achieve your goals, whether it is to run with your friend on a Sunday, or do a personal best at your next big event.
