Ben is one of a handful of people in Sydney dual qualified as both a physiotherapist and chiropractor. Ben has led Willoughby Physiotherapy and Chiropractic since 2011, while also consulting in Gerringong one day per week.
Ben has a clinical interest in managing recurrent and chronic low back pain. He combines skills from both physiotherapy and chiropractic to tailor individual plans to help people return to day to day activities, exercise and sport. He takes time to understand the history of the condition and set achievable goals specific to each person.
Ben also manages neck pain and headache, and pain in shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle joints. As a keen runner, he has an interest in managing running injuries and has helped many runners of all levels stay on the road, track and trails. Ben is passionate about helping people lead an active life, whatever that means to them. He believes activity and exercise is important for health, but it is most important that it is enjoyable. Exercises and activity that is prescribed will always be based around things that people like to do.
